Our Chile Verde takes a familiar path through organic jalapeños, serranos, tomatillos, carrots, and cilantro, then detours into a bold 6-month wild fermentation layered with our signature fermented habanero-fruit puree and a house spice blend that features a twist: green cardamom.

Instead of relying on traditional coriander alone, we’ve reimagined this verde with a perfect blend of green cardamom and coriander, giving it a light floral note and an almost citrus lift that lingers behind the heat.
